All these products are medication-free and preservative-free making them absolutely safe for use with children as well as for pregnant and breast-feeding moms. They are not homeopathic, but contain natural mineral salts and glucose that are found in your normal tissue. We give the cells what they need to restore normal tissue functioning (moving mucus and preventing a build up) and avoid anything that has been shown to effect this normal functioning (normal saline and preservatives like benzylkonium chloride).

This provides the right volume, ingredients and pressure to wash out all the thick mucus, allergens, bacteria etc from your sinuses and provides immediate relief from sinusitis. It is important to manage your sinusitis during pregnancy as it can lead to secondary problems. FLO NOZOIL nasal tissue moisturizer for dry and crusty noses - Available now in Dis-Chem Pharmacies

This is a specially prepared nasal oil made from sesame seed oil that is rich in Vitamin E. It is available as a spray or as drops and keeps crusts and clots soft, moisturises dry and crusty noses and reduces inflammation in the tissue. It is a very thin oil, so very little is needed and being an oil, does not evaporate like saline sprays. One should try and avoid paraffinic or petroleum based products. Nozoil should not be used if patients have a sesame seed or hydroxybenzoate allergy.
