Kidz Only submitted Sand Art to review which consisted of:

A Family Pack with 12 trays, 12 bottles of sand, 14 pictures, 12 lifters, 1 funnels and instructions.
A Fun Pack with 1 tray, 4 pictures, 9 pill boxes of sand and 8 lifters.
A Single Card Pack with 1 picture, 9 sachets of sand and 2 lifters.

Rudi decided to test the single pack on the very first night and his picture is now proudly posted up in my office. As for the family pack we had no idea how to do a great review on the whole pack until we came up with a brilliant plan...

We took the Family Pack to Rudi’s school! We had 10 kiddos sit down and help us review. At first we were really nervous about how it would all work out but they quickly fell into the happenings and were sharing and passing colours around! The only thing that some of them did need help with was pulling the top layer of paper off, though we found if you bend the pictures a bit they peeled off much easier. We had children from first graders to fifth and even the autistic girl gave it a try, though a little bit of extra help was needed in peeling the different sections off she had a blast making her very own sand picture.

The Family Pack is ideal for Parties and School Functions as it would be wonderful entertainment for boys and girls. Separate pictures can be bought @ R6.00 each. The sand can be refilled if after a few months you run out. The Family Pack sand should make 300 cards.

The Fun Pack could be used for smaller parties of 6 kids, but get a few extra pictures and trays.

The Single Card Packs would be great to add to a party pack to take home.

On a side note: when cutting the tips off the bottle to open them don’t cut the entire nozzle off, the lid then doesn’t fit back on! We learnt this one the hard way!

What I liked best about the Sand Art is that is has no messy glue, it is easy to sweep up after wards and only takes about 30 minutes to do so the children don’t lose interest half way. We all had a blast and have been asked to buy more pictures... guess what we will be doing this holiday!
